Features and Benefits
・KenTIP™ KC7410 HPC provides high tool life and excellent hole quality in cast iron materials.
・HPC geometry provides excellent centering and very straight holes with it’s very distinct “S”-point geometry. With a corner chamfer and an additional rake angle correction chamfer along it’s four margin lands it creates holes of the highest quality.
・KC7410 is a multilayer AlCr based coating over fine grain carbide. It is extraordinarily wear resistant in cast iron applications due to it’s high hot hardness.
・Use KC7410 HPC in grey cast iron applications, preferably with stable processes only.
