TP20 หัวโพรบสำหรับเครื่อง CMM 3 แกน – RENISHAW

Renishaw TP20 เป็น Module ขนาดเล็กซึ่งสามารถนำมาใช้กับ Touch-Trigger probeได้

โดยสามารถเปลี่ยนหัว Stylus และทำการตั้งค่า extension ต่างๆ

เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวัดชิ้นงานที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้นได้

TP 20 สามารถหมุนได้ 5 ถึง 6 ทิศทาง

โดยหัว Probe TP 20 นั้น จะประกอบไปด้วยส่วนประกอบสำคัญๆสองชิ้นด้วยกัน คือ

ซึ่ง ตัว Stylus module นี้สามารถถอดเปลี่ยนได้ เพราะส่วนเชื่อมกับตัวหัวโพรบนี้จะเป็นแม่เหล็ก

ทำให้มีความสะดวกสบายในการเปลี่ยนหัว Stylus และ user สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ด้วยตัวเอง

หรือจะใช้การเปลี่ยนแบบอัตโนมัติ โดยไม่ต้องทำการ Calibrate ใหม่

ซึ่งช่วยประหยัดเวลาในการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานให้ลดลง

และนอกจากนี้ในส่วนของตัว Module นั้นระบบอัตโนมัติ จะทำการเลือกคำนวณระยะของการวัดด้วยตัวเอง เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพในการวัดสูงที่สุด

เซตของ Probe extension จะประกอบไปด้วย 6-way module โดยจะมี stylus mounting เป็นตัวเปลี่ยน

นอกจากนี้ระบบของ TP 20 มีการทำงานที่ง่ายต่อการเชื่อมต่อ และสามารถเข้ากันได้กับอุปกรณ์ touch trigger probe extension และ adapters.
